The most frequently used process is the automatic creation of the “your net pay is” text messages. As users process payrolls, each contractor is automatically added to the list of potential texts to send. Users can let the queue build through the week and release all the messages on a Friday morning (for example), or release them in any other sequence that matches their payroll process

Users can create preset text messages for ‘Net Pay’, ‘Second Net Pay’, ‘Advances’, ‘CIS Net Pay’, ‘Portal Access’, ‘Please check your Portal’ and any other use. All messages get into the same queue, initially set as “on hold”. Filter the messages based on Agency, Company or Department to narrow down those to send.

There is a history of every text message sent searchable by Contractor, Agency, Company and\or Department

The process works on the basis of a queue. Messages are added to the queue ‘On Hold’. A user processes the messages, by taking the messages off hold, either in bulk or any manual selection. The system automatically sends any message not ‘on hold’. For all the approved providers linked to, the system not only records that the text was sent, but also that it was received (not the same concept).
