WE OFFER THREE PORTALS
All the portals link to live data. The moment you have created an invoice, produced a payslip, changed a name or updated a telephone number, it is there viewable through the portal. There are independent unique portals for the Agency, another for the Contractor and even one for those running Bureaus.
The portals link to live data. Your request (as a Contractor) to log into the Contractor portal sucks only your data out of BackOffice for presentation. You cannot see any other data. As soon as your link closes, the data link is removed. Any data added to portals by an Agency or a Contractor requires an office user to accept it; whether it is a timesheet, an expense or a bank account change. There are suitable synchronisation options.

CONTRACTOR PORTAL
Access to the Contractor Portal is granted to contractors, determining the content viewable, such as, the landing page logo, service name, and login credentials. The portal is accessible on various devices and can be secured with an SSL certificate, though it is not mandatory.
The basic Contractor portal provides access to payslips, timesheets, expenses, and personal information online. Payslips are instantly available upon creation in the main system. Contractors can take expense images and upload them directly from their mobile devices while logged into the portal. Personal details changes made in the Portal can be synchronised with the main system. Although Contractors may not need to create their own timesheets (the option is available, but it is usually done by the Agency or office), they can view the complete history of all timesheets, from newly entered to fully paid.
The portal offers various features, including the ability to email or text the login credentials directly to the Contractor with predefined messages. Portal access can be set as "first time" to prompt Contractors to verify their bank details, corporate declarations, or updates. Confirmation of this process is recorded in the Contractor notes. Corporate declarations can be added or modified in system-wide or company-specific areas. Portal users can be categorised, allowing different access levels based on service offerings, ensuring contractors only see relevant options based on their needs.
AGENCY PORTAL
The Agency portal access includes the options visible to an Agency, such as the landing page logo, service name, username, and password. The portal pages are accessible on various devices and can be secured with an SSL certificate, although it is not mandatory.
The basic Agency portal provides Agencies with an online connection to their Contractors, who have previously worked with that Agency.
Agencies can add new Contractors for office confirmation and view assignments, invoices, timesheets, and agreed documents. Moreover, Agencies have a Quick Entry feature for timesheets and can access their invoices as soon as they are generated in the main system. Assignment and timesheet data can be synced into the main system from the Portal without duplication.
Users can conveniently email or text the username and password directly to the Agency using preset message templates. Additionally, Portal access can be set as "first time" at any point to prompt the Agency to confirm details and corporate declarations. This confirmation process is recorded in the Agency notes. There are options for system-wide or Company-specific areas to manage corporate declarations. Portal users can be grouped to provide different access levels based on service offerings, ensuring that Agencies only see relevant features based on their needs.
BUREAU PORTAL
Your Bureau Customers have the ability to assign contractors to agencies, monitor hours and expenses for invoicing agency customers, while you retain control of the system by handling timesheets, payroll management, and payslip generation. Bureau Customers can promptly view invoices and payslips, with the choice to email them to their agency customer or contractor.
Contractors working for Independent Umbrella companies can utilise the standard Contractor portal, providing access to all the regular options. To streamline Bureau operations, a Bureau Fee Manager is accessible to generate invoices according to a fee structure.
